Dash 'N Splash Race for Brain and Spinal Injury
The 2023 Dash 'N Splash will be Saturday July 1, 2023 at Old Trace Park in Ridgeland, MS. The 5k is open to walkers, runners, rollers, and phantom participants and begins at 9:00 am. The Fun Run and Water Bash begin at 10:00 am.

The Dash 'N Splash is a 5k/Fun Run event at Old Trace Park in Ridgland, MS. The 5k trail loops through the scenic Old Trail by the Reservoir and begins at 9:00 am. Two water stations are set up along the trail. It is followed by a Fun Run and water bash with slides, balloons, and watermelon. Packet pick up will be on June 30th and July 1st. Participants receive t-shirts, and medals are given to top three finishers by division and team winners.
