#MoreThanMyBrainInjury

Today is Mississippi’s Virtual Brain Injury Awareness Day!

Many people with disabilities have their lives defined for them. The "More Than My Brain Injury" campaign gives individuals a chance to overcome those definitions, allowing them to tell their own stories and change the narrative of their lives.

Join us on Facebook today at 10am for Mississippi’s Brain Injury Awareness Day. Watch the heartfelt stories told by some of our survivors and their families. A new story will be posted every hour 10am - 3pm.

We want to thank all of our survivors and their families who came out to support Brain Injury Awareness month and shared their stories with all of us. We also want to give a great BIG thank you to John Matthews and the WJTV team for shooting these videos, the countless hours of editing and allowing us to use the studio. This was all made possible because of you!

Be a participant. Wear blue to show your support. Take selfies and post your images with tag #MoreThanMyBrainInjury
