We are honored to present The 2019 Traumatic Brain Injury "Hope Award" to US Army Specialist Brandon W. Freeman.
We are honored to present US Army Specialist Brandon W. Freeman with the 2019 Traumatic Brain Injury Hope Award. Brandon served two tours in Iraq in 2007-8008 and 2009-2010.
In 2015, while stateside, he was involved in a horrific motor vehicle accident resulting in multiple injuries which landed him in a poly-trauma unit in Tampa, Florida. Brandon has since been relocated home to Mississippi after multiple surgeries and setbacks. Thanks to the hard work of his own will and determination and his loving mother, he has faced set-back after set-back, and overcome terrific odds that no man should ever face.
Congratulations for inspiring us, and providing so much hope to others Brandon! We are so proud of the man you are, and can’t wait to see your future unfold.
To hear more of Brandon’s story, please join us at the “Salute to Our Heroes” Boots & Suits Gala and Drawdown next Tuesday, November 19, at the Kirk Fordice Equine Center - Jackson.
