BIA of MS - Response to COVID-19

The Brain Injury Association of Mississippi is taking the COVID-19 seriously. In an effort to keep our staff and those we serve safe, our office will be closed to the public beginning March 17th and remain closed to the public through March 31st. However, the BIA of MS services will remain accessible to the public by phone and by email. We will closely monitor the situation and adjust these dates as new information becomes available.

During this period, we ask that you note the following:

  • Brain Injury Awareness Day on March 18th is cancelled.

  • The BIA of MS Jackson Support Group is cancelled on March 23rd.

  • If you need assistance, please call our office at 601-981-1021 and leave a voicemail. We'll be checking them regularly.

  • We will not be attending or hosting community events, workshops or training opportunities during this time.

  • We suggest that others take the recommended precautions as well in order to stay safe.

Again, we will monitor the situation closely and make changes accordingly. Please watch for emails, social media posts, and check our website for updates of our programs, services and events.

Sincerely, Lee Moss - Executive Director
