10th Annual Dash 'N Splash Registration Now Open

Registration for the 2023 Dash 'N Splash Race for Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Awareness 5k Walk, Run, and Roll has gone live. This year's race will be Saturday July 1st at Trace Park in Ridgeland. The 5k will begin at 9:00 am and is open to runners, walkers, and rollers. The race goes through the scenic Old Trail with two water stations along the way. The Fun Run begins at 10:00 am. At 10:00, there will be a family friendly water bash with slides, balloons, and watermelon for all.
