THANK YOU for your 2021 Partnership!

The Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities is a federally mandated body of advocates appointed by the Governor to promote a better quality of life for people with developmental disabilities, their families, and their communities. Improvement in quality of life is accomplished through collaboration among agencies and initiatives that address the needs of people with developmental disabilities for services and supports.

The current 26-member Council includes people with developmental disabilities, parents, a sibling, and representatives from public agencies and private organizations. The membership reflects the diversity of the state. The Council is funded through the U.S. Administration on Disabilities.

The BIAMS/USAMS thanks the Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities for their long-time generous support.

As a 501(C)3 non-profit, our programs and services are dependent on grants, corporate sponsorships, fundraising and donations. If you would like to support us as part of your year-end giving, please click on the button below.
